Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Vivek Prashant Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Course Enrollment Cancellation
- Students may request cancellation of enrollment within [7 days] from the date of purchase.

- Once the request is approved, your access to course materials, live sessions, and resources will be revoked.
2. Refund Policy

- Processing fees, GST, or any third-party charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

- If the student has already attended live sessions, workshops, or downloaded materials.

- No refunds will be given for no-shows or non-participation after enrollment.

- Any difference in course fees must be paid before confirmation.
